Proceed Senior Appellate Counsel Michelle LiVecchi-Raufi Elected to OCBA Appellate Law Section Leadership

NEW YORK CITY, July 8, 2026 — Proceed Legal announced today that Michelle LiVecchi-Raufi, Senior Appellate Counsel and a Certified Appellate Specialist, has been elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Orange County Bar Association Appellate Law Section for 2026.

The position begins a three-year leadership path for LiVecchi-Raufi, who is expected to serve as Chair-Elect in 2027 and Chair in 2028.

LiVecchi-Raufi has been actively involved in the Appellate Law Section through continuing legal education presentations and service to Orange County’s appellate community. In her new role, she will help support the section’s professional programming, mentorship initiatives and opportunities for collaboration among appellate practitioners.

LiVecchi-Raufi will serve alongside Michelle Baron, Judicial Attorney for the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, and Amir Kahana, Managing Partner of Kahana & Feld LLP.
