Differentiation

Unlike standalone basic case repositories and ADR portals, Proceed integrates dispute management with our service of process and e-filing systems, creating a connected environment for dispute lifecycle management. Litigation Hubs

Civil proceedings of all shapes and sizes, at the federal or state court level, can be hosted on our online system.

E-Service and E-filing, Document Hosting, Message Board, Calendar, Transcript Library

From two-party disputes to multi-district litigations, civil proceedings of all shapes and sizes at the federal and state court level can be hosted on our online system. Through court order or agreement of the parties, we set up secure, dedicated litigation hubs accessible to those involved in the matter, including counsel, staff members, parties, consultants, and experts, as requested. Court personnel can also be provided access, although court involvement is not required. Through this litigation management software, our clients e-serve documents, view and download records and transcripts, calendar events, and communicate over a message board. As transactions and communications occur on the site, e-notifications are sent out to alert users. In jurisdictions where we offer e-filing services, court documents can also be filed.

Arbitration Hubs

Renowned arbitration associations, retired judges, and nationally respected attorneys utilize Case Anywhere to manage the ADR process.

E-Service and E-filing, Document Hosting, Message Board, Calendar, Transcript Library

We set up individual arbitration matters on our proprietary online platform, connecting neutrals, claimant and respondent attorneys, parties, and support staff. Through our site, clients file and serve documents, access uploaded records and transcripts, post upcoming events, and correspond over a message board.

New hubs can be set up using a recommended architecture or customized by feature set, folder structure, and user permissions. Flexibility further exists in the user group selected as the arbitration software can be a counsel-only tool or a shared platform for the neutral, lawyers, and others involved. This online hub can also be tailored for mediations. Matters involving several parties or numerous document submissions are excellent candidates for our mediation software.
