Prepared by experienced appellate attorneys, each outline is built from a thorough review and analysis of the client’s briefs. The resulting outline identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the case, highlights the key issues likely to arise during oral argument, and pinpoints the most important cases attorneys should be prepared to discuss. Every outline also includes a Shepard’s report, allowing counsel to confirm that the cases they relied on are still good law.
