Graham Helgans serves as Director of M&A at Proceed, where he leads the company’s merger and acquisition strategy, including transaction sourcing, execution, and post-acquisition integration. In this role, Graham supports Proceed’s long-term growth objectives by identifying and executing strategic opportunities that strengthen the company’s platform and market position.
Prior to joining Proceed, Graham built a strong foundation in strategy and transactional advisory. He began his career at Promontory, a global strategy consulting firm, where he advised financial services and fintech companies across New York and Copenhagen. He later spent three years at JEGI CLARITY (now JEGI Leonis), executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for technology, media, and business services companies. Before joining Proceed, Graham served as Chief of Staff at SiteRx, a New York–based healthcare startup.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and brings a disciplined, analytical approach to complex transactions and strategic execution.
