David Nill serves as Chief Development Officer at Proceed, where he is responsible for developing and expanding strategic technology partnerships across the legal ecosystem. His work focuses on embedding Proceed’s services directly into the case management systems used by law firms, enabling seamless access to solutions within existing workflows.
David brings a founder’s mindset and deep industry expertise in legal technology and electronic services. Prior to his current role, he served as CEO of Rapid Legal and LegalConnect, both of which were acquired and successfully integrated into Proceed. Across these organizations, David focused on connecting the legal community through secure electronic document exchange, information flow, and payment processing.
Through his leadership, David continues to advance Proceed’s mission to simplify legal operations, improve efficiency, and deepen the company’s integration into the daily practice of law.
