Reid P. Potter is Head of Compliance, where he oversees the company’s enterprise compliance program, regulatory oversight, quality assurance initiatives, and risk management strategy. With more than a decade of experience in compliance, legal ethics, and legal operations, he is responsible for ensuring the company’s services meet the rigorous standards required by courts, law firms, corporate legal departments, and regulatory authorities.
Before joining the company, Mr. Potter served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for EZ-Messenger, a multi-state legal support services provider operating across 15 states, where he developed enterprise compliance programs, established policies and internal controls, led quality assurance and information security initiatives, negotiated commercial agreements, and oversaw legal and regulatory compliance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operation. Earlier in his career with the State Bar of Arizona, he served in attorney ethics and professional responsibility roles, including Intake Bar Counsel and Practice Management Advisor evaluating allegations of attorney misconduct under the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and advising attorneys on ethics, regulatory compliance, and practice management.
Mr. Potter brings a unique combination of executive compliance leadership, legal ethics expertise, operational governance, and regulatory risk management. His leadership helps ensure the company maintains the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and compliance in delivering legal support services.
